Shopping List
- Whole wheat tortilla
- Peanut butter, sunflower seed butter, soy nut butter, or favorite spread
- Fresh from the orchard apple or pear
Make It
- Slice the apple or pear until thin strips.
- Smear the tortilla with your favorite spread.
- Place the sliced fruit over one half of the tortilla.
- Fold tortilla over the fruit to make a half-moon shape.
- Eat as is of cut into triangles.
