Orchard Quesadilla

Shopping List

  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • Peanut butter, sunflower seed butter, soy nut butter, or favorite spread
  • Fresh from the orchard apple or pear

Make It

  1. Slice the apple or pear until thin strips.
  2. Smear the tortilla with your favorite spread.
  3. Place the sliced fruit over one half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold tortilla over the fruit to make a half-moon shape.
  5. Eat as is of cut into triangles.
