Cheese Workshop for Couples or Teen and Parent
Want to try your hand at cheese making? How about with someone special? Join Chef Vic Tirrito of Fior D'Italia, our popular farmer's market vendor and chef of Westford's Chef Moves to Schools program, in this delectable workshop. Chef Vic will demonstrate not only making Mozzarella cheese from his family's 100-year old recipe but how to stuff it using gourmet fillings such as prosciutto, sun dried tomatoes, grilled red peppers, pesto, fresh tomatoes, and more.
Each couple OR individual will take home their own hand made cheeses (approx 1.75 lbs.).
This workshop is perfect for all cooking abilities. Please bring a colander, 1 gallon clean bucket, dish tub (approx. 13" x 15" x 5"), wooden spoon, and cutting board.
